Chef Bruneau’s recipe

Here’s the list of ingredients for this dish. For each person, you will need :
125 grams penne pasta
90 grams fresh cream
50 grams of minced smoked marlin
10 grams parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper

Cook like a Chef

To get the best of this recipe, follow it step by step. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until it is “al dente”. Melt the butter into a pan and then add the minced smoked marlin. Add the pasta to this preparation, followed by the fresh cream, egg yolk and parmesan. Add seasoning to taste while everything is still hot. Evoke the memories of the Hotel Ambre Mauritius with family or friends and give yourself a great food experience. Buono Appetito !
