Rewards and enthronements were on the programme for the major conference of the Mauritius Chefs’ Association at the 4-star Hôtel Ambre.
The greatest restaurant and hotel chefs from Mauritius, members of the Mauritius Chefs’ Association, arranged a conference at the 4-star Hôtel Ambre on 1st June 2013. The Association was formed in 1998 on the principles of integrity, honesty and professionalism, and its members have always sought to improve and innovate, with a long-term ecological vision.
So this marvellous gathering was held at the Hôtel Ambre, a new Mauritian resort, whose Chief Executive, Vijranand Kallooa, was appointed the Association’s Treasurer. This magnificent event was the occasion for the Mauritius Chefs’ Association to reward several of its Chefs and Sous-Chefs. The longest-serving of them were issued with new (chefs’ jackets) which they will be very proud to wear, as they will promote the values which are so dear to the corporation.
The Association also welcomed some new members, who received a “Membership Certificate” to make the great moment official. All of the participants had the chance to try some delicious recipes concocted by the team of chefs, which, every day, you will find producing delights in the relaxed, tropical restaurants of the new 4-star Hôtel Ambre in Mauritius !
